We're hosted on Microsoft's Azure Cloud Platform. Currently, we employ 2 deployment regions (locations) both in the United Kingdom (London), and Netherlands (Amsterdam).
Based on the country your business is located in, you may be accessing services in varying regions at any one time.
Your data may be hosted in both the United Kingdom and Europe at all times and, depending on your own location, you should disclose this information in your own policies to support GDPR requirements.
I'm not in UK or Europe, are things going to be slow?
divergent predominantly operates in the United Kingdom and Europe which is why our platforms are hosted there.
We operate a global CDN / router (Azure Front Door) for all resources, however, data latency between global locations is not always ideal and may result in things taking slightly longer than you may expect.
As part of our growth plans, we intend to roll out more regional locations over time.
