What?

Pricing for all of our products is strictly usage based. We understand that this may be a little confusing at first, but we're super fair people.

Why pay per use?

If you're not using our services, it doesn't cost us anything to have it sat there doing nothing.

In fact, that's probably the same for every other cloud product you use, they just still charge you for the privilege of having it sit there, doing nothing but costing you money. Even if they were also usage based, there's probably some minimum charge.

We're not like that. We're in to total fairness for our customers, large and small.

Following that same train of thought, we don't artificially lock features behind a higher pricing plan. From the second you sign up (and are verified - see  Business Verification  ) you have access to everything we have to offer.

Even further, we don't "get cheaper as you use more". That's another artifical pricing model to squeeze more money out of the smaller fish in the sea whilst rewarding larger businesses.

It's all evil.

So what is your pricing?

Our pricing, all of it, is available on our website.

We even provide comparisons between similar systems so you can see how we stack up.

Doesn't that make everything super cheap?

No. In some scenarios, we will be much cheaper than our competitors. In other scenarios, we may be more expensive.

It's 100% dependent on your use case and what you're using. If we're more expensive, it's probably because you're using things that our competitor doesn't do, or charges more for.


Wait, what does that mean?

Let's take a look at our reservations & events platform - Reserve and compare it to 2 other popular systems (based on recent pricing, this may not be 100% accurate).

Let's look at Bookings first, as it's a little less crazy. Note that when we say SMS below, we mean a customisable SMS (which Acuity doesn't support - so we've used the cheapest SMS provider in the UK behind us for representative costings).

It gets crazier when you look at Events rather than Bookings. Almost every. single. events platform we found charges commission on the ticket price. With that, you may not even be aware of the real costs, as they tend charge it to the customer by default Face Vomiting

In the below, we're looking at a ticket cost of £15, and 1 event per month (it matters for some systems).

Really. Even the Wix system charges 2.8% PLUS payment processing fees.

We can look at UK SMS too if you'd like, and compare Connect's pricing to a few competitors. For us, pricing is based on your usage in a given month (it's a flat rate, but just to mention). For others, it's based on how much you buy at once.

Our solutions are high tech, high functionality, and high quality on all fronts.

Best of all, you can find out for yourself without having to subscribe or agree to a trial where you'll be automatically charged for the rest of your life unless you remember to cancel.

Downsides?

We don't think there are any.

You might. For this pricing model, it means that we have to collect payment details on sign up for all customers.

If you're trying our products, they typically have a free allowance in one way or another to play around. As soon as you breach that limit, you'll be charged on a monthly basis.

By collecting payment details it's another step in ensuring that our services aren't abused by bad actors, which allows us to keep our pricing down by not fighting them off.
