International Senders

If you are an international business sending to the UK for a legitimate reason, we may be able to grant exceptions with networks to allow the send.
Only the following characters are allowed within sender names: "." (full stop), "-" (dash), " " (space), "&" (ampersand). If your brand has a unique sender name that is not typically allowed, reach out to us about a possible exemption.
Message Content
In addition to our own policies (see Restricted Message Content ), within the UK if your message contains a URL, please note that certain networks will block suspected spam or fraudulent URLs.
This may apply to relatively new domains, or certain URL shorteners that are known for being used by spammers and fraudsters in the industry.
