Here's some quick tips to help you fix certain things on your own.
Before you get in touch with our support team, there's a few things you can try.
Refresh the divergent Cloud
Best for when something just doesn't seem right, or is acting weird.
Within your browser, if you refresh our products you'll automatically receive any updates (alongside any fixes) that have been released since the last time you refreshed. Any bug you may be encountering could already be fixed.
Sign out and back in
Great if you're suffering authentication problems, or permission changes need to be applied immediately.
At the top right of the divergent Cloud, click your name and hit "Sign Out". You can then sign straight back in.
Wait it out
Necessary if you've just changed certain non-critical settings.
Don't hurt us.
Our platform is heavily optimised to reduce costs (for you!) and perform extremely well. We do cache (ie. hold on to certain things) for a few minutes at a time.
There's also a chance that you could be accessing our services whilst we're rolling out an update. While minor updates don't typically cause any downtime at all, larger updates may require multiple services to adjust which can take a few seconds.
Try using Private / Incognito Mode in your browser
Great if you're frantically clicking things and nothing is happening.
If everything's working normally in private mode but not in your normal browsing session, you probably have an extension installed that is messing with us. Try turning off each extension you have and see if it fixes it. You can then narrow down the problematic extension by re-enabling them one by one.
Clear Cache in your browser
A nuclear option for particularly tough problems.
Note that our support team may request that you do this for a bug report that we simply can't reproduce.
This is a bit of a commitment, we would only recommend it if you've tried everything else and contacted us about the issue first.
